My first gig with Jet Black Cartel was to re-design the business card. They gave me an open brief with a YouTube link to that famous scene in American Psycho.

After accepting a new job at Bunker, the team put me to work on a new logo. A round of letterpress business cards followed, along with an update to the website.
These Illustrations were done during my time at design school studying motion graphics.
I was working on a motion graphics piece about the many faces and personas of David Bowie, using these five illustrations. Bits and pieces of the animation can be seen in my 2011 REEL but without the time to appreciate the detail of these stills.

A letterpress business card designed for photographer Jeremy Toth. Logo design by Luke Toth.
I worked in collaboration with illustrator Andrejs Skuja to create a poster for feature film Housebound. The final poster won best poster design at the 2014 New Zealand Film Awards. Several versions of the poster were made for various promotional campaigns ranging from large format street posters to animating lightboxes at cinemas.
A collection of alternative logo concepts were also completed, one of which was used for T-Shirts.

I had the challenge of designing and producing hundreds of EP sleeves for my band Mad Pattern. They had to look amazing and there was virtually no budget to play with.
Packaging solution? Sourcing recycled card and folding and glueing ourselves. Print solution? Six rubber stamps and black and red ink.
Everyone of these EPs was lovingly made by the hand of the band and dozens of friends the evening before the EP release show.
